THE MARITIME FUELS REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

• Must be a customer of Maritime Fuels and in good standing to participate in the program.
• Program rewards the referrer and the referred each $100 from Maritime Fuels. 
• A credit of $100 will be applied to your account.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made.

 

Referred customers must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Be credit approved.
• Agree to be on automatic delivery for a minimum of one year.
• Receive at least one automatic delivery from Maritime Fuels before being considered a referred customer.
• Referral must be a new customer to Maritime Fuels

 

• Referrals can be made by filling out the form with the referred customers’ information in the Maritime Fuels Referral Program portal found at www.maritimefuels.ca.
  We will notify you by email each time a referral is signed up and when that referral takes their first delivery.
• People being referred to Maritime Fuels must be asked if they have permission from the referrer to be contacted by Maritime Fuels.
• Maritime Fuels reserves the right to refuse any referral.
• There is no limit to how many customers you may refer.
• An address/person can only be referred once.
• Maritime Fuels reserves the right to revoke a referral if it was obtained fraudulently.
• Any referrals not meeting the minimum criteria and/or not agreeing to take fuel from Maritime Fuels will expire after 2 years.
• Maritime Fuels reserves the right to cancel the Maritime Fuels Referral Promotion at any time without notice.
